Who we are

What the service does

Tskly reads text you give it, extracts the commitments it finds, keeps them in one ledger, and drafts follow-up messages for you to review.

It expressly does not:

• send email or messages on your behalf;
• join, record or transcribe your meetings;
• connect to your inbox, calendar or files unless you paste them in;
• provide legal, financial, tax or professional advice of any kind.

AI output

Tskly uses AI models to read your text. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misinterpreted. You must review every extracted action and every drafted message before relying on it or sending it to anyone. We do not warrant that extraction is complete or correct.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you send to other people, including anything drafted in Tskly that you copy and send. You must have the right to upload the documents you paste, including any confidentiality or client obligations that attach to them.

Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the documents you submit and the actions extracted from them. We keep ownership of Tskly itself — the software, interface, prompts and brand. We use your content only to provide the service to you.

Availability

Tskly is in pilot. We give no uptime guarantee, and features may change or be withdrawn. We will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where we are required to by law. You may close your account at any time from inside the app. On closure your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pricing, billing and cancellation

Tskly is free while we are in pilot. No credit card is held, and you will be told before anything is ever charged. The intended paid price is $19 AUD per month. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled in one click in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

Refunds

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We are not otherwise obliged to refund part-months, but nothing here limits any refund right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your reliance on AI output you did not review. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or resupply of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change, and we will email account holders before a material change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
