Privacy Policy

This policy explains how [REGISTERED ENTITY NAME] (ABN [ABN]), which operates Tskly, handles personal information. It is written against the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Account email. We sign you in with a magic link, so we hold the email address you sign in with.
- Documents you paste or upload. Meeting minutes, email text, notes, Word documents and PDFs that you choose to put into Tskly.
- Actions extracted from them. The deliverable, owner, counterparty, due date, status and the source phrase each action came from.
- Basic usage logs. Request timestamps, error records, and a count of AI requests per account for rate limiting. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
- Pilot access requests. If you complete the request form: name, work email, company, and how your actions reach you today.
Why we collect it
To provide the service: signing you in, reading the documents you submit, extracting and storing your actions, drafting follow-ups you can send yourself, exporting your data, and keeping the service secure and available. We also use your email to reply to you about the pilot. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis and consent
We collect personal information with your consent, given when you create an account, submit a document, or complete the access request form, and where collection is reasonably necessary for our functions. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your data and closing your account. Some information is retained where law requires it.

Where it is stored
Data is currently stored in our provider's ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India) region. We intend to move to an Australian region and will update this policy, and tell existing users, before that happens. We do not claim Australian-only hosting while this remains true.
How long we keep it
- Source documents: automatically deleted 90 days after they are submitted.
- Extracted actions and account data: kept until you delete them or close your account.
- Access requests: kept until the pilot ends, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or complain about how we have handled it. Inside the app you can export everything to CSV and delete your account and data yourself, at any time, without asking us.

Data breaches
We are subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. If we suspect a breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will assess it promptly, notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required, and tell you what happened, what data was involved, and what to do about it.
Cookies and analytics
We use no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. The only cookies or local storage we set are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Because we set no tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is required. If we ever add analytics, it will be a cookieless, EU-hosted product, and this policy will be updated first.
Children
Tskly is a business tool. It is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, by phone on 1300 363 992, or by post to GPO Box 5288, Sydney NSW 2001.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, email account holders before the change takes effect.
