Meeting-to-work workspace

Turn meeting material into work that gets done.

Upload the audio, transcript, notes, or minutes you already have. Tskly creates a reviewable record of actions, keeps them linked to the source, and organises them by project until they are closed.

Start with whatever you already have

No new meeting behaviour required.

Tskly works with the material already in your workflow. Upload a recording, paste a transcript, add rough notes, import existing minutes, or create actions manually.

Audio or video

Upload a meeting recording after the meeting.

Transcript

Paste or upload transcript files such as TXT, DOCX, SRT, or VTT where supported.

Notes

Write rough notes, paste them from another tool, or keep selected notes private.

Existing minutes

Import PDF or Word minutes and recreate the record in Tskly.

Templates

Drop in an existing template or ask Tskly AI to build one.

The gap

Meetings end. The work gets scattered.

Actions disappear

A transcript records what was said, but it does not give every commitment a project, owner, deadline, or status.

AI output still needs checking

Speaker labels, names, dates, and action assignments can be wrong. Tskly makes uncertainty visible instead of hiding it.

Follow-up takes too long

Minutes, emails, and task lists are often rebuilt manually after the meeting.

How it works

From meeting material to accountable work.

01

Bring in your source

Upload audio, paste a transcript, import existing minutes, or write notes.

02

Tskly structures the work

Apply your template to separate conversation, notes, actions, questions, risks, and follow-up.

03

Review what matters

Check speaker labels, owners, due dates, project allocation, duplicate actions, and source evidence before publishing.

04

Keep the work moving

Publish approved minutes, draft follow-ups, assign actions, and track what closes across projects and recurring meetings.

Evidence

Actions with evidence behind them.

Every important action links back to the meeting material it came from. Check the supporting line, listen to relevant audio where available, and approve or correct the interpretation before it becomes work.

  • Built for review, not blind trust.
  • See the source before you send the follow-up.

Clean record

A cleaner record of what happened.

Tskly separates conversation from notes and actions. Clean the transcript, edit the interpretation, reject false actions, and keep one canonical minutes draft instead of duplicated sections.

Do not let a rough transcript become a rough decision record.

Project work

Every action has a home.

Assign actions to projects, owners, due dates, priorities, and statuses. Keep the dashboard focused on what needs attention instead of burying work inside meeting notes.

  • Meeting actions should not become another noisy list.
  • Know what needs your attention, what is overdue, and what has been carried forward.

Follow-up

Follow up without rewriting the meeting.

Draft a focused follow-up for one action or the entire meeting. Edit it, preview it, and send it through your preferred workflow.

Tskly drafts follow-up for review. It does not send messages automatically without your explicit approval.

Templates

Use the process your team already trusts.

Drop in an existing meeting template or ask Tskly AI to build one. Tskly turns the structure into consistent, reviewable meeting output without requiring your team to change how it works.

Drop in your existing template

Ask Tskly AI to build one

Review the proposed structure before saving it.

Meeting series

Open actions should not disappear between meetings.

Carry selected actions and open questions into the next meeting. See what was completed, what was carried forward, and what needs attention before the next conversation.

You decide what carries forward. Tskly does not silently copy every item.

Other tools

Summarise the meeting.

Tskly

Keeps commitments moving between meetings.

Notes and manual actions

Not every useful note needs a transcript.

Write notes, paste notes from another app, or add an action manually. Tskly remains useful even when nobody recorded the meeting.

Start with one action. Add the rest later. No recording, transcript, calendar access, or meeting bot required.

Ask Tskly

Ask about the work. Skip the backstory.

Ask what is open, who owes what, and what changed since the last meeting. Tskly answers from your workspace records and shows the meeting each line came from.

  • Counts, owners, dates and statuses are read from the database.
  • Nothing is invented, merged, or quietly reprioritised.
  • Scoped to the workspace you are in.

Briefs

A standing update instead of another status meeting.

Schedule a brief for Monday follow-through, your own work, project risk, or the meeting you are about to walk into. Every row links back to its source.

Briefs are assembled from your records, not summarised guesses about them.

Source control

Decide what AI is allowed to see.

Set visibility per source, switch off AI processing for sensitive material, and redact a selected range before anything is drafted. Excluded material is refused, not silently skipped.

Sensitive conversations do not have to leave your workspace to be recorded properly.

Where Tskly differs

A transcript tells you what was said. Tskly helps your team verify what was agreed.

Where is my data stored?
In a managed Postgres database on Amazon Web Services in the ap-south-1 region, Mumbai, India. We do not describe Tskly as Australian-hosted. The Security page is the source of truth.
